About this event

For nearly a decade, SevaTruck has worked alongside Fairfax County Public Schools to provide warm, nutritious meals to students and families in Title I schools through our mobile food truck and community kitchen. What started as a grassroots effort has grown into a countywide initiative, serving hundreds of thousands of meals while supporting both student well-being and academic success.

As we mark 10 years of service, we invite you to join us for a special community gathering at Braddock Elementary School on Saturday, April 18, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This event will bring together students, families, volunteers, and community partners for an afternoon of appreciation, connection, and celebration.

The SevaTruck will be on site serving fresh meals, alongside a variety of family-friendly activities including face painting, games, and community partner tables. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with the community that has made it all possible.

  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    Enjoy warm meals, desserts, and drinks along with balloon toys, face painting, SevaTruck stickers, carnival games (Can Can, Lucky Shot, Lollipop Lottery, Bingo, tattoos, coloring station, and fishing game), and special giveaways including indoor plants from ServPro.
